Konriko Artichocke Rice Mix Steps: In a 2 quart saucepan, bring 2 cups water and 1 tsp. salt to a boil. Add 1 tbsp. of butter or margarine and stir in Konriko Artichoke Rice Mix. Cover saucepan. Lower heat and simmer 30 minutes or until the rice is tender and all water is absorbed. Makes about 3 cup serving. For an added taste, after rice is cooked, stir in dried or fresh-chopped bits of artichoke. Serve hot. Or place in refrigerator to cool and serve garnished with sliced hardboiled eggs, diced mushrooms or chopped ripe Tabasco Spanish Olives.
