Hot Rods Creole

The story starts in South Louisiana where the Beloso’s are from—where we cook and enjoy food with family and friends all the time. From generation to generation, seasonings, sauces and recipes have been passed on. Well, the time has come to share the taste that my grandmothers and great grandmothers prepared for our family. I have cooked for many friends and family gatherings and people would go nuts about the seasonings and sauces I would use on steaks, pork chops, chicken, ribs and my favorite BBQ fish.

People would always ask me, “What’s in the sauce, Hot Rod?” to which I replied, "If I told you, I'd have to.....". In light of that, I’ve decided that the sauce and seasoning recipes will be bottled up so that the great taste of family tradition will be at your finger tips (and I won’t have to kill ya). It’s funny how things happen, but if it wasn't for close friends and family asking me to mix up a batch that they could have, we would not have these products bottled and ready to sell.
